If you haven't used a wiki before, it's basically a series of entries which is edittable so users can add info they know about, and read info they don't.
Here are a few major features you can use to communicate and edit:
Each registered user has a talk page, where they can message other users about pages, policies, or other suggestions. It can also be a great place to collaborate about what you are working on, or ask for help. For example, Away-Away has a talk page here: User Talk:Away-Away and you can find another user's talk page by putting in that user's name instead.
You can sign your work when editting a page by clicking on the signature button above under Insert. This will turn into a signature with a link to your talk page when you are done. (This is particularly useful when writing on someone else's talk page.)
Basic Wiki FeaturesAugment
One of the great features of the wiki is the ability to link pages together. For example, if you were reading Boghopper Bull, and wondered what Shove did, you could click on the link. Even if the page doesn't exist, by putting a link around the name, you suggest a page like that could exist. It's also particularly easy for someone who is reading the page and does know the ability's text to add it in just by clicking on the link.
To do so, add double square brackets around what you think the new title should be, for example:
You can also make the link something other than the name. For example, if everyone called a rune Fat Ninja, you could type a redirect that looks like [[Mountain Garu|Fat Ninja ]]
If you want a page to belong to a category, type Category: in front of what you want the category to be, for example: . Note it will appear at the bottom regardless of where you put it on the page. A page can have more than one category, and this link becomes a link to all pages that have that category. This can be a great way to group together runes similar in some way
Table of ContentsAugment
By choosing different headings above when editting (the box that says "Normal" under Text Appearance) you can make different levels of headings. This creates your table of contents automatically -- the heading 2 are the main points, and heading 3 and so on are different levels.
You can click view source to look at the code used to create a page.
